The staff was super helpful. If this is a positive review it’s because of Max at the front desk. He took care of us and made sure our stay was pleasant. When we arrived and checked in in our upgraded room, we found that the air conditioning unit didn’t work and that the water was burning hot coming out of the shower. Max was able to place us in a new room where everything worked properly but didn’t have the view we paid for in the other room. Even so, we enjoyed our stay and will give the staff merit for this.

The location was excellent. It was near all major attractions in the city and at the most a 10 minute walk to the mini metro, bus station or a connection to the railway station. It could not have been better. The rooms are well appointed and we loved ours with a mini balcony. The staff were friendly, attentive and met our needs. The breakfast was our liking with usual cakes, eggs bacon et. and the staff were happy to cook an omelette on request. The linen was of high quality and cleaning well done. The room does not have a kettle but there is a note saying it can be provided on request, amongst other things. We wanted some slippers and they were sent across immediately. The terrace was a lovely place in the being for drinks. The hotel has a beautiful restaurent but we did not get the chance to dine there.

Loved it ! Concept, colours, confort, location, staff, food, room - ALL. I had such a great stay. It was a great choice. Just minutes away from all major sites, shops, restaurants, places of interest. Hotel has history, it is an old casa turned into a pleasant hotel and refurbished just 3 years ago. The terrace was sooi magical, by day or by night. Breakfast is served there. If you like art and museums or just having a vacation to remember - this is the place!

Lovely boutique hotel with great views of the city, a very helpful staff, and excellent breakfast. In addition, a very nice terrace where food and drinks are served…limited menu but good choices and service. Location of Priory was perfect, a few 100 meters just below Piazza Novembre IV, where there are 100s of shops, eateries and a beautiful cathedral as well as museums. Views from the end of your passage thru the area are spectacular.

The location was superb. My bedroom was very very comfortable with fabulous linen and a lovely outlook. The breakfast was beyond expectation... the cake from Sandri bakery was esp wonderful and the variety on offer amazing... the fruit and eggs etc. The staff at breakfast absolutely great and helpful as well. And the desk staff amazing too.

A nice hotel with an excellent location in the center, about 200 m from Piazza IV Novembre and The Fontana Maggiore. I really appreciate the possibility of parking in the hotel garage. Excellent breakfast served on a spacious and interestingly arranged terrace. The terrace does not have a view into the distance, but it is elegantly set in the environment between the buildings of the old town. Professional and friendly staff, both in the dining room and at the reception, who knew how to give advice. Comfortable bed.

Location excellent …. A little difficult to find even with GPS and an Italian speaker phoning hotel twice …. But once there, magnificent…. Garage facility excellent, greeted there by representative from hotel. Breakfast excellent , choice, quality and service ! Came with a dog, the hotel provided choice of dog bed in different sizes and water bowl! Reception staff very helpful . All staff had good multilingual skills. Service provided was excellent generally ….. like a 5***** hotel.

Lovely view from the nice sized window. Small but workable room size. Eco-conscious. Great air conditioning and water pressure. Convenient, delicious breakfast with lots of choices and good cappuccinos. Breakfast is on a terrace with both a glass enclosed area and outside tables. Very friendly wait-staff. Cool glass-enclosed elevator for 2nd floor rooms.

Great location just off the beautiful city centre Lovely contemporary decor Comfortable bed and room , good en-suite with a lovely rainfall shower, room service daily with clean towels and fresh water put in fridge. lovely small balcony over looking the roof top terrance, nice relaxed space to sit, eat and drink Good selection of food for breakfast and gluten free options for my daughter Friendly helpful staff

The location of the hotel is excellent with just a short uphill walk to the center of the old town. While the room was not large, it was enough for us and very comfortable. Breakfast was more than adequate and the staff were very helpful. The on site parking was very welcome.
