Hotel Priori Secret Garden offers an extraordinary stay in Florence. Honestly, I found myself reluctant to leave for the city center because the property was so enchanting. The rooms are spacious, bright, ensuring both comfort and luxury. The staff deserve special mention for their exceptional kindness and attentiveness, making the entire experience even more delightful. What’s more, the facility warmly welcomes dogs, making it the perfect choice for animal lovers. I would return to Florence just to enjoy another stay at the Priori Secret Garden. It was truly an unforgettable experience that surpassed all expectations. Highly recommend!

Loved the staff and location. Breakfast on the terrace and the bar for drinks in the evening. Fantastic room service and housekeeping. Comfy bed and nice linen.

The staff was super helpful. If this is a positive review it’s because of Max at the front desk. He took care of us and made sure our stay was pleasant. When we arrived and checked in in our upgraded room, we found that the air conditioning unit didn’t work and that the water was burning hot coming out of the shower. Max was able to place us in a new room where everything worked properly but didn’t have the view we paid for in the other room. Even so, we enjoyed our stay and will give the staff merit for this.

The location was excellent. It was near all major attractions in the city and at the most a 10 minute walk to the mini metro, bus station or a connection to the railway station. It could not have been better. The rooms are well appointed and we loved ours with a mini balcony. The staff were friendly, attentive and met our needs. The breakfast was our liking with usual cakes, eggs bacon et. and the staff were happy to cook an omelette on request. The linen was of high quality and cleaning well done. The room does not have a kettle but there is a note saying it can be provided on request, amongst other things. We wanted some slippers and they were sent across immediately. The terrace was a lovely place in the being for drinks. The hotel has a beautiful restaurent but we did not get the chance to dine there.

When we first arrived at the hotel, we were given a room that was very small and uncomfortable for two people. After one night in the room, we spoke to the person at the desk and they changed us to a wonderful room that was extremely pleasant and comfortable. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is very good with lots of choices, and the breakfast room is lovely. Great stay!
