Situated close to the city center, it provides both convenience and tranquility, nestled in a serene and idyllic location that feels like a hidden gem. The villa itself is a perfect blend of history and modernity, with its stylish design offering a unique and memorable experience. The stunning interior and exterior architecture, paired with the beautifully maintained garden, create an ambiance of timeless elegance. Honestly, I found myself reluctant to leave for the city center because the property was so enchanting. The rooms are spacious, bright, ensuring both comfort and luxury. The staff deserve special mention for their exceptional kindness and attentiveness, making the entire experience even more delightful. What’s more, the facility warmly welcomes dogs, making it the perfect choice for animal lovers. I would return to Florence just to enjoy another stay at the Priori Secret Garden. It was truly an unforgettable experience that surpassed all expectations. Highly recommend!

The location was excellent. It was near all major attractions in the city and at the most a 10 minute walk to the mini metro, bus station or a connection to the railway station. It could not have been better. The rooms are well appointed and we loved ours with a mini balcony. The staff were friendly, attentive and met our needs. The breakfast was our liking with usual cakes, eggs bacon et. and the staff were happy to cook an omelette on request. The linen was of high quality and cleaning well done. The room does not have a kettle but there is a note saying it can be provided on request, amongst other things. We wanted some slippers and they were sent across immediately. The terrace was a lovely place in the being for drinks. The hotel has a beautiful restaurent but we did not get the chance to dine there.

I enjoyed my stay here. The location is near the Old Town and stands in between Cupa and Pinceto station of the MiniMetro. If you're carrying a large luggage, I suggest you stop at Pinceto as it is easier than dragging your luggage uphill from Cupa. Breakfast is gastronomic as it has many food choices. Pastries are freshly baked. The room is spacious and tidy; wifi has a strong connection; and you can screen cast to their TV. The staff are friendly and assisted me to book a taxi going to the train station coz it was raining heavily.

The staff was super helpful. If this is a positive review it’s because of Max at the front desk. He took care of us and made sure our stay was pleasant. When we arrived and checked in in our upgraded room, we found that the air conditioning unit didn’t work and that the water was burning hot coming out of the shower. Max was able to place us in a new room where everything worked properly but didn’t have the view we paid for in the other room. Even so, we enjoyed our stay and will give the staff merit for this.

Just minutes away from all major sites, shops, restaurants, places of interest. Hotel has history, it is an old casa turned into a pleasant hotel and refurbished just 3 years ago. The terrace was sooi magical, by day or by night. Breakfast is served there. If you like art and museums or just having a vacation to remember - this is the place!
